Prototypowanie

Gdy spotykam się z tematem prototypowania możliwości druku 3D to podstawa, ale czasem mam wrażenie, że jego możliwości są przeceniane i blokują do dalszych poszukiwań.

Prototypownie ma na celu zweryfikowanie w jak największym stopniu wątpliwości co do produktu jaki został zaprojektowany. Poprzez sprawdzenie jego wytrzymałości w warunkach symulujących realne warunki lub w realnej przestrzeni do jakiej został przeznaczony. Dodatkowo pozwala zbadać jak działa, jakie ma gabaryty, czy spełnia nasze oczekiwania.

A przede wszystkim obala zbyt często naciągane powiedzenie w stosunku do projektantów „papier wszystko przyjmie”.

Poza samymi cechami fizycznymi, prototyp weryfikuje koszt jednostkowy produktu, jego emocjonalną ekspresję jaką projektant wprowadzał mu umyślnie podczas projektowania.
Prototyp można poprawić. 10 000 szt produktu już nie tak łatwo.

I na koniec najfajniejszy i najprzyjemniejszy aspekt prototypownia jest sama poezja jego wykonywania ♥️
